EFFICIENCY AND RELIABILITY IN A COMPACT PACKAGE
The Liebert PEX is the Next Generation Precision Environmental Control System from Emerson Network Power. It is a result of extensive research and development, conducted with leading environmental control experts, consultants and major corporations. A wide range of standard units offered from 20 KW to 100 KW in Upflow & Downflow Configurations.
Key Features Contributing To the Superior Efficiency Of The Liebert PEX
- EC Fan
The EC fan technology regulates airflow and reduces the fan input power. In-floor configuration further reduces energy consumption in downflow units. This significantly reduces energy consumption and provides longer component life. Managed through Liebert iCOM controls, EC fans deliver airflow for the optimal operating conditions for IT equipment. - Digital Scrolll Compressor
Liebert PEX with Digital Scroll Technology is highly reliable and is designed to achieve efficiency with flexibility and to lower TCO. The use of digital scroll technology actively manages capacity modulation from 20 percent to 100 percent. During the loaded state, cooling units consume full load power. On the other hand, during the unloaded state, the units run freely, consuming only about 10 percent of the full load. - iCON Controller
The teamwork mode in the iCOM Controller, a key feature of the Liebert PEX, ensures efficiency by allowing multiple units to work together as a single system to optimize room performance. - Infrared Humidifier
The Infrared Humidifier has been a feature on Liebert environmental control systems for over 45 years. Its rapid response and the ability to handle varying water conditions has made it an industry standard in applications that demand precise, particle-free humidity control. - Dual Cool Option
This option a provides a second coil that utilises the central building Chiller system water supply. The unit can function either as a DX (compressorized) or a Chilled water system. During times when the chiller supply is available compressorized operation is eliminated, reducing energy costs. In addition this option can provide increased redundancy and flexibility to the environmental control system. - Free Cool Option
Optional GLYCOOL free-cooling system permits compressorless operation in colder ambient conditions.
LIEBERT® CHALLENGER 3000
WITH LIEBERT ICOM, DATA CENTER COOLING SYSTEM, 10.5 AND 17.5KW
Liebert Challenger 3000 with Liebert iCOM controls provides complete control of temperature, humidity, and air filtration for midsize data center heat management applications. Liebert iCOM controls allow Liebert Challenger 3000 systems to optimize data center thermal managment. This data center solution offers an extremely compact footprint, ideal for facilities where space is at a premium.
Liebert Challenger 3000 is available in 10.5- and 17.5-kW (3 and 5 tons) capacities, 60Hz and 50Hz models. Air-cooled, water-cooled, glycol-cooled, GLYCOOL™ and chilled water configurations; as well as upflow and downflow models, are available.

CEILING-MOUNTED PRECISION COOLING SYSTEM, 3.5-28KW
Space-Saving, Overhead Cooling and Humidity Control
The Liebert Mini-Mate2 is designed for data center cooling, humidity control and air filtration of small areas, such as computer, control and equipment rooms. The Liebert Mini-Mate2 installs above a dropped ceiling, is easy to install and service, and requires only front access for maintenance.
The Liebert Mini-Mate2 is available in nominal cooling capacities from 3.5 to 28 kW (1 to 8 tons). Air, water, glycol and chilled water models are available in 50 and 60 Hz. All chilled water systems are self-contained units; air, water and glycol cooled models are available in split-system configurations.

LIEBERT® DATAMATE
PRECISION COOLING SYSTEM, 5-10.5KW
Precision Cooling in a Compact Package
The Liebert DataMate™ is designed for year-round temperature and humidity control and air filtration in areas where people and electronics must occupy the same space. Its low profile permits floormount or wallmount installation, and requires little or no floor space for effective small data center cooling.
Liebert DataMate provides nominal cooling capacities of 5, 7 or 10.5kW (1.5, 2 or 3 tons). The system is available in air-cooled, water/glycol-cooled or chilled water configurations, in both self-contained and split systems and 50 and 60 Hz models. The system may be floor- or wall-mounted.
